1. Production description
The curved spiral stair can be used as an evacuated spiral stair. The plane angle between the upper and lower tread must be no more than 10° except for the case that the width of each tread that is 25 cm away from the handrail(at the narrow end of sector step) is over 22 cm.
This is the minimum allowed technical standard formulated according to the requirement of safe evacuation and reduction in the fatigue strength of walking. As is known to us, the feature of the sector step is that one end is narrow, the other end is wide. That the plane angle is no more than 10° is to make it gentle for changing direction while walking and to reduce faintness.
