2.Granite Countertops Manufacturing Process

Color Selection:Customers such as project owners, designers or operators first will choose colors among our collections

Color Match:If customers, designers or operators already have a favorite color, they will provide the sample to us to do the color matching

Shop Drawing:We will provide Shop Drawings for reference

Pricing:Once a color is determined, and Detailed Drawings are provided, Realho Stone will give pricing immediately

Fabrication:All blank slabs will be fabricated into Kitchen Tops or Vanity Tops according to the confirmed drawings

Quality Control:Quality Control is carried out before fabrication, during fabrication and after fabrication

Packing:Granite tops will be cleaned and packed into strong wood crates in a certain criterion or as the customer’s request

2.Q:What are your main products?

   A: Our main products are granite slabs, granite tile, paving stone, cobble stone, marble slabs, tiles, 

        kitchen countertops, island tops, bathroom vanity tops,table tops, waterjet pattern etc.

3.Q:How to control the quality?

   A: We have a professional inspection team who will check the goods from block cutting ,finishing, 

       packing and loading into the container, and all the processing jobs we also will show the pictures or videos for clients.

       For example:

1).Polished degree:  95 degree up.

2). Thickness tolerance: +/-1mm or +/-2mm,depending on your quality demand.

3). QC checks piece by piece strictly based on your quality demand before packing.

4.Q:How many square meter will load in a 20 feet container?

   A: For 15mm or 18mm thickness slab, usually 450-500m2/20’FT under 27T/ 20’FT;

   For 10mm thickness tile, usually 950-1000m2/20FT under 27T/20’FT;

5.Q:What is your delivery time?

   A:The time of delivery is normally 10~25days after receiving the deposit.

      However, like common thickness slab, it will only take about 7-10days;

      So It mainly depends on the quantity of order and sizes.

6.Q:What is your sample ? Is it free?

   A:Yes, we can offer free sample. 

       Only charge some complicated customize samples. 

       But the freight cost should be paid from your side.

7.Q:What certifcate do you have?

   A: SGS, ISO, CE, FORM A, SASO,SONCAP etc.
